We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, Discover Card and PayPal. You can store multiple credit cards to use for your online purchase on 7StarsFragrances.com. During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

For your security, 7StarsFragrances.com may require you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on certain orders for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.

  • Visa/MC/Discover Card Customers

    Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC/Discover customer CIDS are 3 digits.

  • American Express Customers

    Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is a 4-digit number on the front of the card, ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number. This number is referred to as the "Security Code." American Express customer CIDs are 4 digits.

  • Credit Card Security

    7StarsFragrances.com provides safe and secure checkout by encrypting your credit card information using SSL. For more information about our secure checkout, read our Privacy Policy.

  • Orders placed with 7StarsFragrances Gift Cards

    Once you submit your order, the funds will immediately be deducted from your Gift Card. If we cannot fulfill a portion of your order that was paid for with your Gift Card, we will return the money to it when you get your final shipment email.

Debit Cards

When an order is submitted, the funds are put on hold and will be unavailable to you. The funds will remain on hold until the order is shipped. At that time, the hold will become the settled charged.

If an order attempt is unsuccessful, 7StarsFragrances.com immediately reverses electronically the pending authorization. The financial institution may take 5-7 business days to remove any pending authorizations. Policies differ from bank to bank, call your financial institution for more details.

Multiple failed order attempts will result in multiple pending authorizations. Your payment method will only be charged when a successful order is shipped.

For Successfully Submitted Orders placed with credit/ debit Card

For your own security and protection, 7StarsFragrances.com will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase plus applicable sales tax and shipping to verify your billing address and payment information. Any pre-authorization for failed or canceled orders will drop off your account within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. 7StarsFragrances.com will collect payment and post the actual amount of the purchase only when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

We only charge you for items that have shipped. Any item(s) that are cancelled and/or can no longer be shipped will not be charged and your final shipment notice will contain an adjusted price.

For Unsuccessfully Submitted Orders Placed with credit/ debit Card

Your financial institution will place a temporary hold on your card for the order when:

  • An order is attempted, but not successfully submitted.
  • The order is ultimately fully cancelled

The temporary hold is in anticipation of the order being shipped. You will not be charged for an unsuccessful order submission and the temporary hold will expire automatically within the timeframe set by your financial institution.

  • Security

    For your own security, you will not be able to submit an order on 7StarsFragrances.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code does not match your credit card statement. 7StarsFragrances.com requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We do not store your security code

  • Sales Tax

    7StarsFragrances.com is registered to collect sales and use taxes in all states which impose such a tax. We do not charge sales tax on shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

    Applicable sales tax will be applied to your 7StarsFragrances.com order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location. Gift wrap and delivery charges may also be subject to tax in some states.

  • Product Availability

    7StarsFragrances.com makes every effort to ensure that all the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item.
