Previous purchases can be viewed on the Purchases page. All products purchased online are displayed with description, size, and price. By clicking on Write a review, to the right of each product, a product can be rated, reviewed, and recommended on the Rate & Review page.

• To reorder the product, click Add to Basket to the right of the product then click Continue Shopping or Checkout to be brought to the My Basket page.
• To add a product to the Loves page, click the heart to the right of the Add to Basket box. The heart will be filled red and added to the preferred list of products.

Tracking an Order

You can track the status of your order online at 7StarsFrarances.com. Click on Track Order at the top of the page to see your Recent Orders. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track, and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery, for USA orders please allow 3 to 8 business days from the time your order has shipped. For International orders please allow 7 to 14 business days for normal delivery if packages are delayed in customs due to inspection or fees delivery times may vary.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. To check the status of an order, check the Order details page.
