7StarsFragrances.com makes every effort to ensure that all the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the tracking information for your order.

Please note that if your order is being sent via priority mail tracking service is not available. Priority mail orders should arrive within 6 working days of you receiving the dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received your order by this point please email us at help@7StarsFragrances.com for assistance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming dispatch which will contain your tracking information.

We use United Parcel, FedEx, DHL and USPS for deliveries within the US.

If your order has only been recently dispatched, the tracking page may not immediately show information until it has passed through one of the carriers scanning locations.

Please note that some overseas orders are not trackable.

This depends on the shipping delivery company.

A delivery attempt notice will be left at your residence from the carrier with instructions on how to pick up your parcel.

If your order is listed as being delivered, but you have not received it, you should:

1-Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.

2-Look around the delivery location, your order may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbor

3-Check for a notification of attempted delivery notice, if you have received this notice please follow the instructions listed in order to pick up your order.

We can deliver orders to your credit-debit card billing address only, Orders placed with the wrong billing address will not be approved.

Un fortunately once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected to an alternate address.

Orders are not available for collection as we do not have a physical store location and dispatch from different warehouses.

The main difference between types of fragrance lies in the concentration. Eau de Parfum contains up to 15% perfume concentrates, and Eau de Toilette contains up to 10% perfume concentrates, making Eau de Parfum a bit stronger and longer lasting than Eau de Toilette. What if I want to make an exchange or would like a refund?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and wish to resolve any problems you may have. However if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team who will advise you further. Please note that open boxes are not returnable.

If you are not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you may return an unopened and unused product as long the item is still in its original unopened sealed condition within 14 days of invoice, returns are subject to the terms below. RMA # Return Merchandise Authorization number is required to return your item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please return your item within 14 days of receiving it and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping and handling fees. Please note we will not refund any postage and handling that we incurred in dispatching the original order. Returns may be subject to restocking fees if not returned according to our policy.

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics, hair care and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
